Veggies and Hummus
This has become my all time favorite 🙂 I LOVE hummus!
Triple Zero Yogurt
I have always loved yogurt! But with following THM I have come to love greek yogurt 🙂
If I really have the munchies I will make popcorn 🙂 And I love to put this on it!
I do make trail mix usually just once a month but I would say almonds, pecans and pistachios are my favorite ones 🙂
Does this count as a snack or just a beverage? I really do like coffee!
