Essential Oil and Healthy Living Resource Guide

summer-still-life-785231_1280A couple of weeks ago I and several hundred other people took part in an essential oil summit. We heard webinars with some of the most distinguished, knowledgeable and educated men and women in the oil/natural medicine world. I spent the whole week getting up early and staying up late trying to soak in every word and nugget of information. When you choose to use natural remedies you have taken the responsibility upon yourself to get educated and become your own expert in your families health. It takes time and dedication to research and comb through the piles of information and to decipher what is fact versus what is peoples opinion. Sometimes there is no “right” or “wrong”. This is when you have to determine what is right for your family. It is an empowering feeling and yet a daunting one. Your education will never be complete, for there will always be new research, a new strange rash on your little one, or a funny colored bodily function (sorry was that TMI?)

Having spent that last few years digging for research, education, helps and like minded people, I wanted to share with you a reference guide to help you launch into the world of natural health and essential oils. The following websites can help steer you into the right direction and help you form your families health plan. Pin it so you can come back time after time. If you are new to the world of essential oils and natural health, let me encourage you to take baby steps. This is a life long journey! Embrace it! Accept each challenge as it comes and master it before taking on another. Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing. Focus on yours and your families needs.

Now is the time to Begin your Journey to a Better Way!

This is by no means an exhaustive list. Please feel free to share your favorite resources below in the comments.

*I do not endorse all the content on these websites. As always, work with your doctor to determine what is right for you.

  2. This is a great link resource! Thank you for putting this together! My go-to is typically my Modern Medicine EO book, and then Dr. Axe or ‘google’. lol. I think I’ve purchased the entire DoTerra site out! HA! Currently treating my Hashimoto/Thyroid with it, as well as anxiety and acid reflux… and well, the list goes on. 😉
