Favorite Beverages


I love a hot cup of coffee in the mornings! Especially creamy frothy bullet proof coffee! Lately, I have made a Mocha Peppermint one…I’ll try to get the specific recipe up in the near future but here’s one recipe I love. 🙂


I love tea! A warm cup in the winter and ice tea in the summer! The THM Shrinker tea is one that I love to make in the summer and take outside with me while watching all the kiddos play. I buy loose leaf tea from Bulk Herb store their teas are just lovely.




I love smoothies and so does my daughter. There are few different ones I make. Protein Packed Fruit Smoothie is good for breakfast or for  dessert.


Drinking water it’s just good for you! And I do love it 😉  I try to drink close to 100 oz. a day I keep track in my bullet journal!
