I think in the last couple of years I have come to appreciate my go to cookbooks…which led me to donate some of the ones I didn’t really use. So on to my Top 5

Your Real Food Journey and Real Food Real Fast

Both of these cookbooks by Trina Holden are my Favorite! My one suggestion buy the actual book over the digital ones. The price is more but so much better to have the actual cook book than trying to use on kindle. If your switching to a more whole food diet these are most helpful.Favorite Cookbooks #5after5 #books

Nourishing Traditions

This is full of so much information for having a healthy whole food diet. Plus hundreds of recipes! This is a must read too! (I’m still reading it!)

Whole 30

I have not done a complete Whole 30. I want to though. The recipes in this book are all real food! that is what I love about it even if you’re not doing a whole 30 challenge the recipes are ones that you can use for life!Favorite Cookbooks #5after5 #books

I use a lot of recipes out of this one. We eat a more of a whole food diet but I do like a lot of the recipes.

100 Days of Real Food

Do you see a theme in my cookbooks-real food  no processed food. Real ingredients!

How we eat and cook has changed so much! It can be more time-consuming but we wouldn’t go back! Real Food Real ingredients= Yummy and Healthy 🙂
