So think of your great 5 After 5 List and come link up with us! This week is Favorite Pumpkin Recipes! It’s fall and that means you will find a whole lot of pumpkin recipes everywhere!  It’s hard not to try a new one! There are a few pumpkin recipes I like but that I don’t make 😀 And 2 of them come from my friend Erika. I probably have them in my recipe box but I never make them! I do enjoy and good pumpkin dessert though!

Favorite Pumpkin Recipes

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

I had never even heard of a Whoopie Pie until I went to college. One of my good friends was from Maine and her aunt would make Pumpkin Whoppie pie or chocolate ones. They definitely seem to be a Maine thing. We just don’t make desserts around here very often. These are wonderful and maybe I should sometime….I probably even have the recipe in my recipe box!

Here is one that looks delicious!  Pumpkin Whoopie Pies with Maple Cream Cheese Filling

Pumpkin Scones

My friend who also makes Pumpkins Whoopie Pies which she as when I have come to visit also make good Pumpkin Scone which are great with coffee. I found this recipe on Pinterest but haven’t tried making them myself but they look just like my friends 😀 Maybe I could THM them?

Pumpkin Spice Latte

I shared this recipe earlier this week! My favorite right now to wake up with in the early morning! You just can’t go wrong with a cup of coffee!

THM Pumpkin Spice Latte. Are you looking for a healthier option then a Starbucks coffee? Best THM Pumpkin Spice Latte. #thm #coffee

Chili

Now this is a recipe I have tried! You can’t even taste the pumpkin in it! It does just thicken your chili nicely! And it is a great way to get in some extra veggies!

Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips

I do like a nice sweet bread once in a while but as you can tell I don’t have my own recipe to share with you because it is just not something I make very often. (We limit our sweets in this house.) But Pumpkin bread with chocolate chips is sooo yummy!

These 2 recipes looks really good…(reasons to avoid pinterest 😉 )
