Welcome to Motivated Days! It has been awhile since I have posted regulary on Wednesdays about weight loss. I have decide that I really wanted to get back to it! So as we head into the new year I have plans for posting weekly about my weight loss journey. I had started to do this when I first started blogging and then it has kinda changed over the year and I have done different thing like the Terrafit Challenge. And then the last couple of months I have gotten a little off track with my weight loss 🙁 but now I want to start sharing again on Wednesdays about what I am doing and my menu plan and if I am on track with my weight loss goals and such. But I wanted to give it a catchy title too 😉
So starting next week I plan on posting about my weight loss journey weekly! I would love to have you join me! If your looking for accountability, menu plan, motivation you have come to the right place and I would LOVE for you to join me and share what you are doing for weight loss, fitness, and health!
Here is a little bit about what I plan on sharing weekly…
Made to Crave- I have been reading through Made to Crave and plan on sharing what I have been learning and what encouragement I have found! So if you don’t have a copy and you want to get one and read a long with me!
Exercise- What I am doing for exercise 🙂 If I am meeting my goals each week
Menu- I plan on sharing my menu. My menus will be THM friendly…that being said the first 2 week I will be following South Beach diet. Still THM Friendly in S and FP meals. There are no E meals for 2 weeks. THM doesn’t suggest you go this long without them. BUT I personally in the past have done really well following South Beach. But if you want to follow my menu or use some of it it will be color coded and you will know what type of meal it is (s, e, or fp).
Goals- I plan to share what my goals are for the month and how I am reaching them each week.
Quote of the Week- I plan on sharing a motivating quote each week! Finding and keeping motivation is so helpful!
Bible Verse- I plan on memorizing and sharing a Bible verse that has been encouraging or even conviciting :0
Tips- Any thing that I think might help you and me along the way!
Weight Loss- I will be sharing updates on how I am doing on my weight loss. I do this to hopefully encourageyou on your journey but I am doing this for me for accountability. It’s hard to publish publicly how your doing.
Challenge- I will post a challenge for each week! Here is the first one. Write out your fitness goals. Big goals and then the steps on how you plan to reaching them. Then write out weekly goals to reach your big goals. Focus on the week. Need a fitness planner? This one is great! Oh and if you can get the Made to Crave book by Lisa Terkurst.
