Good evening! Can you believe that the weekend is almost over! It always seems to fly by! I really feel like I have prepared to be successful this coming week. A plan is in place! Healthy Fit ‘n Lean 2016 Week 40
Week 39 was me getting back on track. You can hop on over to that post read all my goals for the week. Over all I had a pretty good week with some minor bumps in the road.
I didn’t exercise as much as I wanted to. My plan was to follow the routine posted below (same as this week). Last week on Wednesday in the early AM I helped my hubby put up the last of the fence panels 🙂 That is a workout! Thursday morning I woke up super early and still worked out but then it happened again on Friday and I was just super tired! I don’t recommend waking up at 330 am! Saturday we went apple picking and worked on house project (trying to get ready for winter!) We were just out all day today.
Even though I didn’t do exactly what I wanted I am happy with what I did the last week.
I did eat healthy and drink lots of water!
I lost 1.5 lbs this week.
YEAH! This week I have a meal plan. It’s mainly S meals this week. Page numbers go with the Trim and Healthy Mama Cook Book. I tried to put page numbers or links to recipes I am using. I don’t always follow recipes like for cobb salad or how I cook my roast. But it is all on plan. I put options for snacks not that I will eat all of those snacks everyday. My hubby is really against snacking. Afternoon tea (he’s from England) is ok but to have snacks or snack between meals he doesn’t like or want as part of out diet. So we have tea about 330 😉

I’m not sure what we will have next Sunday for dinner. Our Farmers market is on Sunday afternoons so that is when I do my shopping.
Also my hubby doesn’t eat THM so I included what I do for him. I made my Lazy Lasagna tonight so making his dinner Monday night while I have leftovers so it isn’t has much cooking as it looks like. A lot of times it is just making an extra side of potatoes for him and he is happy!

I put my plan of for exercise right on my meal plan. Lindsey Brin gives a calendar to follow with her DVDs. I have done Phase 1 on of this DVD for a while. I’m kinda speeding up the calendar for me. I’m also making my workout longer that what she has. Her calendar does toning one day, cardio the next. You can do cardio everyday. I am also aiming to closer to an hour of exercise- 40 min of cardio and/or toning, warm up, cool down and core. This is what I am doing which might not be a good fit for you. I love her DVDs and her calendar is great too. Find what is right for you!
I plan on aiming for 100 oz of water a day
