It has been a month of doing the Terrafit Challenge! I fell like I have learned a lot  and have improved my diet and have been more consistent with my exercise! Come take a peek into Terrafit week 4!

Terrafit Synopsis Week 4

What I did For Exercise

Monday- Cardio Plyometircs + Core workout,  2 mile walk

Tuesday- Tabata Cardio

Wednesday- Shreadding + Core Workout , 2 mile walk

Thursday-Anaerobic Capacity Outdoor

Friday- Rest Day

Saturday-Loading  + Core

Sunday-Yoga Hybrid

I am doing the Pretty Fierce Weight Loss by Lindsey Brin! I have loved using her other workout DVDs for the past few years and these have not disappointed me!  I follow the schedule that they provide. I did take one rest day because of doing projects round our house. The first 2 weeks she doesn’t have a rest day.

What Oils I Used

Slim and Sassy- I use this 3 times a day. I use almost every day.

Peppermint- I love peppermint I use it before I exercise. I also like to defuse it with wild orange.

Trim Shake- I use this 1-2 times a day as a meal replacement.

Mito2Max- I take this before exercising in the mornings

I also tried doTERRA’s new products Slim and Sassy Control Instant Mix and Slim and Sassy Control Bars (lemon). The drink mix is good in a smoothly. Just mixed in water not as good. The bars are good but they contain a lot of sugar so I won’t buy them again.

What I ate this Week

So for a day and a half I was really good at taking pictures lol! I just get busy with the kiddos a forget the camera! SO instead I am going to show some pics of things I like to prep at the beginning of the week so I have them easily accessible to just pull out and have for meals!

Slow and steady wins the race right? I was hoping to lose 2 lbs last week but I’m glad that I still have lost with no stalls! And I have lost inches!
