I love the THM Shrinker Tea and I love that I was able to make it Terrafit style! I tweaked the original recipe to my taste awhile ago and know that I am using doTERRA oils/products during my TerraFit challenge I made a few other changes and I just love it! It is sooo yummy 🙂 I usually make this in the morning and sip it until lunch time.
Ingredients needed to make THM Shrinker Tea TerraFit Style
- 2 Cups of strong brewed Oolong tea cooled down. (I make a 1/2 gallon at a time and keep it in the fridge ready to go!)
- 1 Cup of Almond milk
- 1 scoop of When protein or Trim Shake (vanilla flavor)
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of ginger
- dash of sea salt
- dash of cayenne pepper (I leave this out, part of the original recipe)
- Stevia to taste
- 3-5 drops of cinnamon,ginger, or peppermint (or 1 drop of each)
Add ingredients to your blender and pulse blend for 45 seconds.
Pour over ice. Sip and enjoy Your THM Shrinker TerraFit Style!
